'Integration' Display By Sarah Frances Dias Is Officially Open

Cultural Style Week and The Smallest Gallery In Soho are delighted to present 'Integration' by artist Sarah Frances Dias.

The work is an exploration of identity, using cultural references and the feminine physique to create a dialogue with the self and the viewer.

The little girl, dressed in traditional / regional clothes from Madeira, the artists hometown, represents the innocence and beauty of cultural specific references, whereas the grown mature woman represents the agglomeration of different cultures in one person, which results in a universal being (integration).

The display was officially opened on Friday 20 May 2022 by Cultural Style Week founder Candy-Ellie Graham and gallery curator Philip Levine.

In attendance were Cultural Style Week international brand ambassador Nova Marselline and ‘My Cultural Style’ participants Shabbir Mellick, Robert Philips and Rika Fujimoto amongst numerous other guests from London's art scene.

After the opening celebratory drinks and nibbles were enjoyed at the exclusive Blacks Club in Soho.

Integration will be on display from 20 May 2022 – 30 June 2022 at The Smallest Gallery In Soho, 62 Dean Street, W1D 4QF London
