Corporate
Participation
We invite employees and employers to take part in Cultural Style Week, celebrating workplace diversity in an innovative and meaningful way.
Join Cultural Style Week (21-27 May) by proudly showcasing your cultural attire at work. This London-born movement empowers individuals worldwide to celebrate their heritage through personal style, fostering dialogue and acceptance.

By participating in Cultural Style Week, you can clearly demonstrate your commitment to celebrating the diversity and cultural acceptance of your workforce by creating an atmosphere of pride and positivity around traditional dress.
How Your Workplace Can Get Involved
You can create your own version of Cultural Style Week and bring cultural style into the office for one day or across the whole week. This can include:
-
A cultural clothing day during the week where employees are encouraged to wear their traditional clothing with pride and make a donation.
-
Welcoming personal expressions of Cultural pride through blog posts, or internal staff newsletters so you can get to know one another better through the context of culture
-
Special talks/presentations about cultural fashion
-
Staff fashion shows
-
Encouraging personal participation and sharing their pictures online (or on staff intranets) with the tag #culturalstyleweek
